Refund Policy

Our 14-Day Guarantee

At Lumiere London, we stand behind the quality of our curated skincare. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return a product for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we can only accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All protective seals and labels must remain intact.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for skincare products that have been opened or tested.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will prioritise a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
